In this video I discuss a fantastic article written by Michael Friedson and found in Men’s Health, July/August 2018. According to the author he used to drink a 2-liter bottle of soda and 2, 12 ounce cans of soda each day and found himself with high blood pressure, unfocused, sluggish, bloated, and depressed.
In the article he discusses the science behind soda and diet soda and how much they negatively affected his health and yours.
